Stay Alive, the fourth single from the American hard rock trio Inside The Trojan Horse, lands like a ton of bricks, crushing everything in its path with a fiery message of survival at all costs. The song reflects a path of realization and self-discovery while facing imminent omnipresent threats of a life-ending nature.
Stay Alive is one of our favorite songs as it represents a mindset in a time and place where everything is on the line when there’s no room for mistakes, only willpower and the tenacity to be the last man standing.

“NoThing sent over the music in demo form; I dropped it into Pro Tools, created a live vocal track, pressed record, and in reflection of hearing the song for the first time, I wrote and recorded the vocals and lyrics in a stream of consciousness. I don’t recall consciously having a central image, but looking back, it’s easy to see the dystopian overtones.”

SAVIOR
Savior is the self-produced second single from the independent American hard rock trio Inside The Trojan Horse, featuring former members of Gemini Syndrome, Red Sun Rising, & JIBE, mixed by Evan Rodinache. A barrage of rapid riffing and drums culminates in a scorching refrain, “I’ve always loved the Edge from U2’s delayed guitar style,” Charles notes. I was messing around with that vibe as the song started flowing from there.” “The lyrics, coupled with Charles’s riff, almost evoke something on a spiritual level for me,” Joe says. “I always think of that song as a conversation between a would-be superhero and his loyal sycophants.”
